Delete your Ovell account

Ovell is developed by Luki Digital Ltd. You can delete your account and its data at any time, in two ways.

Option 1: in the app (instant)

1. Open Ovell and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: by email (if you no longer have the app)

Send an email to info@lukidigital.com with the subject "Ovell account deletion request", from the email address you used to register, and include your Ovell username. We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days, and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile: username, email address, date of birth and settings.
• All papers you wrote, including drawings, and all replies, chats and messages you sent.
• Your read history, blocks and push-notification tokens.

What may be kept

Records of moderation actions (for example a ban for abuse) and reports you filed against others may be kept for up to 12 months to protect other users and prevent repeat abuse, then deleted. Encrypted database backups held by our hosting provider expire automatically within their retention window. Nothing else is kept.
